Where is our school’s data stored, and who can see it?
Each school’s data is isolated and only reachable by that school’s own users. Access is controlled by role — a teacher sees their classes, an accountant sees fees, a parent sees only their own child. Nothing is shared between schools, and nothing is sold to anyone.
How long does it take to get started?
Setup takes days, not months. We set up your classes, sections, staff and fee structure, import your existing student list, and you review everything before it goes live. You can start with fees and attendance and add exams or library later.
Can we bring our existing student and fee records across?
Yes. Student, staff and fee data can be imported from spreadsheets during onboarding, so you are not re-typing years of records. We check the import with you before anything is committed.
What if our teachers are not comfortable with software?
The screens teachers use most — attendance, homework, marks — are built to be a few taps on a phone or a laptop. We train your staff during onboarding, and the office can always do things on a teacher’s behalf.
Do parents need to install anything?
No. Parents get notifications and can view fees, attendance and results through a browser. Online fee payment works the same way.
What kind of support do we get?
You get a named contact during onboarding and email support afterwards. Because every school is quoted individually, support expectations are agreed up front rather than buried in a plan comparison.
